Private Investors Get Big Bang For Their Buck In Entertainment.

Private Investors Get Big Bang For Their Buck In Entertainment.

The Lion's Agency (TLA) and Omegavision Pictures open distribution doors for private investors. Omegavision Pictures and TLA and investor(s) are now able to provide national film releases to nearly four thousand screens and coupled with worldwide DVD home release potential as well.

Hollywood, California - October 1, 2008 -- The Lion's Agency L.L.C. has now expanded in film distribution by providing both the completed print and the advertisement material necessary for a complete theatrical release platform capable of reaching a global audience. Now with the alliance in place with one of the world's largest theater chains and having the expansiveness of nearly 4,000 movie theaters combined (both domestically and internationally), great marketing and distribution potential has now been obtained through a strong trilateral business relationship.

"Our policy for success is deeply rooted in three words: "Story, Story, Story." Says M.A. Willmirth, co-founder of TLA. "A good story with A-list actors and/or an award winning film on the festival circuit is primed, for success with the right distribution channels now in place." Willmirth continues, "our job to find these movies before others do and bring them to the consumer market." "We now have equal stakes and footing as the major studios have. The difference is that we are flexible enough to truly cater and tailor the investment plan with the investor in mind. We have found a real niche in the emerging Indie market." He adds.

Why would investors and producers want to turn to The Lion's Agency in the vast sea of film distribution? Michael L. Such, co-founder, says, "Listen, everyone has their own formulated approach or idea, we just believe our approach to earning and making a profit does not have to be some kind of a crap shoot or a good luck on the next one motto." He continues, "We have carefully and selectively mapped out a film distribution model that takes all of the "guess work" out and keeps the profits & earnings in."

Let us explore the business model. "Sure it has already been successfully tried, tested and proven nearly 50 years ago for the film distribution industry. "We have just resurrected that very same model back with added bonuses along the way." Such says. "The program is specifically tailored just for the private investor in mind and now we have what they call a four-wall deal."

What does this really mean for the investor? "Less risk, more control, greater profits, bottom line." Adds Such. As explained, The Lion's Agency has direct access for film placement in 4,000 theater screens. This is truly incredible that a test market or "field" testing of a film project can be determined at a much higher level of potential success prior to a full theatrical release / distribution campaign enters into the real world of film where real numbers and real ticket sales are recorded. Once a market test / analysis has been determined on paper, they are then able to make a well calculated decision to proceed into theaters nationwide or worldwide for that matter.

Now that we have a four-wall deal in place and ready for a full theatrical release, what's next? "Simply put, we selectively target theater space for weekly rental and the film investor(s) along with the producers, will begin to claim 100% of the gross ticket sales as they come in." Such continues, "No other film distributorship has this kind of business relationship in my opinion that operates with this kind of flexibility, freedom and versatility in place, with a major theater chain backing it." Willmirth adds, "This is truly a solid platform for venture capitalists to be able to earn a handsome rate of return just like the major studios."

"I would like to add one more final thought." Such says, "The Lion's Agency takes pride in structuring business deals and relationships where everyone is a winner and we are really excited about what the future holds." He continues, "As money continues to shift from real estate or the stock market they find their way into what is considered as known growth centers. Entertainment typically does very well during difficult times or economic down turns. We anticipate that a good future is ahead of us for this industry."
